Decibels Communication
Decibels Communication is consist of 17 Institute Advertising Communication Training (class IAA58) students. And it is also divided into 5 departments which are Finance and Administration department, PR & Media, Creative, Logistics, Advertising & Promotion department which lead by two project managers-Francesca Wong and Aaron Ching.
Our selected NGO is "Precious Children's Home" and the date of our event will on April this year.
